About Abisai Solutions
Abisai Solutions was founded in Polokwane by people who have personally delivered Limpopo government construction projects and hold formal accounting and audit qualifications. That combination — fieldwork and financial rigour — is the foundation of everything we offer.
Limpopo contractors should not have to piece together five different service providers just to run one project. We built Abisai to cover every stage of the contract lifecycle — compliance, claims, subcontractor payments, tax, and financing — under one roof, with one team that understands the work from the ground up.
Most construction businesses in Limpopo deal with fragmented service providers — an accountant who has never been on site, never priced a BOQ, never filled a claim, and doesn't understand project dynamics. Every handover is a gap where things can go wrong.
At Abisai, every service is delivered by the same team. Your claim manager understands your tax position. Your compliance consultant understands your subcontractor obligations. There are no gaps because there is no handover.
ClaimFlow and TenderStart are built on the same deep understanding of Limpopo government procurement and construction project administration.
Our accounting services are designed around construction project cash flows, not generic bookkeeping.
We are physically based in Polokwane. We attend briefings, submit documents, and are reachable when things move fast on site.
From TenderStart through SiteFlow to ClaimFlow — you work with one team across the full lifecycle.
Our Management
Abisai is led by two principals, each bringing both contractor experience and formal accounting qualifications. This dual background is deliberately rare — and deliberately central to everything Abisai does.
Both members of Abisai's management have worked on Limpopo government construction projects — not as consultants observing from the outside, but as active practitioners who have managed sites, supervised teams, and navigated the full project lifecycle firsthand.
Alongside their fieldwork, Abisai's management hold formal accounting and audit qualifications — meaning the financial services, billing systems, and compliance processes at Abisai are built to professional accounting standards.
Why this combination matters: An accountant who has never been on a construction site will design financial systems that don't reflect how the work actually flows. A contractor without accounting discipline will track costs loosely and miss compliance obligations. Abisai's management are both — and that dual identity is the reason our products work the way they do.
Abisai Solutions is not a national firm with a Polokwane branch. We are a Limpopo business, built specifically around the realities of government construction contracting in this province — the procurement offices, the tender briefing venues, and the broader Limpopo government project environment that our team has worked in directly.
Physical presence matters here. Government offices in Limpopo require in-person attendance at briefings and physical submission of documents. We are already here — that is a practical advantage for every client we serve.
We know the procurement landscape. Limpopo's government procurement environment has its own characteristics. Our team has navigated these for years.
We are building for the long term here. Abisai is invested in the growth of the Limpopo construction sector. Our success depends on the success of the contractors we serve.
